Your Chance to Snag World Cup 2026 Tickets Opens Today
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

The next ticket draw for FIFA World Cup 26 opens Monday morning, giving fans another shot at securing seats for the biggest sporting event coming to North America.

The Early Ticket Draw entry period runs from 10 a.m. Monday, October 27 through 10 a.m. Friday, October 31. Fans can enter anytime during that window—when you submit your entry won’t affect your chances of winning.

How the Draw Works

This isn’t first-come, first-served. FIFA uses a randomized selection process after the entry period closes. If selected, you’ll receive a dedicated time slot to purchase tickets.

During this phase, single-match tickets for all 104 games will be available, along with venue-specific and team-specific ticket packages. That means you can aim for specific stadiums or follow your favorite national team throughout the tournament.

The draw system gives everyone equal odds regardless of when they enter during the five-day window. Entering at 10:01 a.m. Monday carries the same weight as entering at 9:59 a.m. Friday.

Set Up Your FIFA ID Now

You need a FIFA ID account before the entry period opens. Don’t wait until Monday morning—create your account now to avoid technical issues when the draw opens.

Without a FIFA ID, you can’t enter the draw. Without entering the draw, you can’t purchase tickets. The setup takes just a few minutes, so handle it before the rush.

What This Draw Covers

The 2026 FIFA World Cup spans three countries—the United States, Canada, and Mexico—with matches across 16 host cities. This tournament expands to 48 teams competing in 104 total matches, making it the largest World Cup in history.

Single-match tickets let you pick exactly which games you want to attend. Venue-specific packages bundle multiple games at one stadium. Team-specific tickets follow a national team through their group stage and potentially beyond.

Ticket categories and pricing vary by match importance, stadium location, and seat quality. FIFA typically offers different price tiers to make the tournament accessible to fans with various budgets.

The Timeline

Entry Period Opens: Monday, October 27, 10 a.m.
Entry Period Closes: Friday, October 31, 10 a.m.
Selection Process: Randomized draw after entry period ends
Purchase Window: Successful entrants receive dedicated time slots

FIFA will notify successful applicants via email with their specific purchase window. During your assigned time slot, you’ll access the ticket portal to complete your purchase.

Missing This Draw?

FIFA typically runs multiple ticket sales phases leading up to the World Cup. If you don’t succeed in this Early Ticket Draw, additional opportunities will open as the tournament approaches.

However, demand for World Cup tickets always exceeds supply. Early draws offer the best selection of matches and seats before inventory gets picked over in later phases.

Important Notes

  • Entering multiple times won’t improve your chances—one entry per person
  • The timing of your entry during the window doesn’t matter
  • You must have a FIFA ID before entering
  • Successful selection doesn’t guarantee tickets—you still need to complete the purchase during your time slot
  • Tickets are non-transferable and come with strict rules about resale

Get Ready

The World Cup comes to North America for the first time since 1994, and this expanded 48-team format creates more matches than ever before. With games across the United States, including potential matches in Dallas, Houston, and other major cities, this represents a once-in-a-generation opportunity to see the world’s best soccer players compete on home soil.

Set up your FIFA ID account now. Mark your calendar for Monday morning. Enter the draw anytime during the five-day window. Then wait for FIFA to notify you whether you’ve been selected to purchase tickets.
