GRAHAM, TEXAS – Fire up your appetites—Texas’ premier culinary competition on wheels is back! On Saturday, June 7, 2025, the historic downtown square of Graham, famously known as the Largest Downtown Square in America, will be transformed into a sizzling hub of culinary creativity for the Food Truck Championship of Texas.

A Taste of History and Competition
The city of Graham, founded in 1872 and steeped in Western heritage, first launched the Food Truck Championship of Texas in 2015. Since then, it has grown into one of the Lone Star State’s most anticipated summer events, attracting food lovers and culinary professionals alike from across Texas and beyond.

More than just a feast for your tastebuds, the championship is a fierce culinary battle where up to 50 food trucks roll in from all corners of the state—Dallas, Austin, Houston, San Antonio, and even neighboring states—vying for the prestigious title of Grand Champion.

In 2025, the competition boasts a $16,000 total payout, including a $10,000 grand prize, making it one of the most lucrative food truck events in the country. Participation not only comes with the chance to win big, but also offers national exposure, media coverage, and access to thousands of attendees

.

More Than Just Food
While the food trucks are the main attraction, the event offers much more. Expect:

🎶 Live Music: Local and regional bands will keep the square lively throughout the day.
🛍️ Shopping: Browse artisan vendors and local shops around the square.
🎉 Family Fun: Games and kid-friendly activities make this a day for everyone.
