AUSTIN, TX — A new initiative is equipping Texas educators to become champions for environmental stewardship in schools. The Take Care of Texas Ambassador Program is now accepting applications from K–12 science teachers who are passionate about conservation and eager to inspire the next generation of environmental leaders.
Launched under the state’s Take Care of Texas campaign, the ambassador program aims to empower educators to integrate environmental awareness into classrooms, campuses, and communities. The initiative supports teachers with tools, curriculum resources, and opportunities for collaboration with like-minded peers.
