The Granbury Chamber of Commerce Women in Business group is hosting its Speed Networking Luncheon on Tuesday, May 5, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the David Southern Lake Granbury Conference Center. What Is Speed Networking — and Why It Works
Speed networking takes the best part of a traditional networking event — those first few minutes when you’re genuinely curious about someone new — and makes that the entire format. You move through a series of short, structured conversations, meet more people in 90 minutes than you’d encounter at three separate happy hours, and leave with a real sense of who is in your professional community.

The Women in Business group through the Granbury Chamber of Commerce is one of the most active professional communities in Hood County. The group hosts events throughout the year designed to educate, inspire, and connect businesswomen in Granbury and the surrounding area — from speed networking lunches to the annual WIB Summit, which has brought in nationally recognized speakers and drawn women from across the region.
