ARLINGTON, TX — Whether you’re looking to cool off, rock out, shop local, or soak up some culture, Arlington—The American Dream City—has something for everyone this weekend. Here’s a roundup of top events and attractions happening June 13–15, 2025:


🎢 Big Fun & Big Thrills

Summerbration at Six Flags Over Texas
Kick off your summer with thrills and entertainment at Six Flags Over Texas. The limited-time Summerbration event features live shows like Texas Justice, treats, fireworks (Star-Spangled Nights, presented by M&M’s®), and more.

Six Flags Hurricane Harbor
North Texas’s largest water park is open daily with rides, slides, and lazy rivers. Beat the heat with a splash-filled day.

🏊‍♀️ Dive Into Summer

City Pools & Splash Pads
All Arlington aquatic centers—including Bad Königshofen, Randol Mill, Allen Bolden, and Howard Moore—plus three free splash pads, are open through Labor Day. Smaller pools will close in August.

Swiftie Swim at Randol Mill
Celebrate Taylor Swift with themed music, lighting, and floating fun 7–9 p.m. Friday, June 13. Admission: $8.

Lake Arlington Cleanup
Join a FIFA World Cup™-inspired effort to beautify Arlington. Cleanup runs 9–11 a.m. Friday, June 13, with snacks and supplies provided.

Yoga at Lake Arlington Garden
Relax in nature during a free outdoor yoga class 8:30–9:30 a.m. Saturday. Limited space.

Little Explorers
Play-based STEM activities for ages 1–4, 10 a.m. Friday at Downtown Library.

Family Storytime
Songs and stories for ages 2–5 at Southeast Branch Library, 10:30 a.m. Friday.

Create Something (Ages 5+)
Build art or inventions with provided supplies, 10:30–11:30 a.m. Friday at Northeast Branch.

Teens 4 Tots: Picture Book Workshop
Create your own children’s book at this teen writing workshop, 2–4 p.m. Friday at Downtown Library. Registration required.

Creativity Corner
School-age and teen art with sensory themes, 3–4:30 p.m. Friday at Southeast Branch.


🎶 Live Music & Markets

Levitt Pavilion Concert
Enjoy free live music by Gina Chavez feat. Lorena Leigh, 7:30 p.m. Friday. Bring your lawn chairs and coolers (no glass).

Front Street Market
Browse handmade goods, food, and art 9 a.m.–1 p.m. Saturday in Downtown Arlington.

Downtown Arlington Farmers Market
Fresh produce and local goods every Saturday 10 a.m.–2 p.m. at Front & Center.
