Now in its 38th year, this is one of the most beloved birding festivals on the entire Texas coast. Every September, hundreds of thousands of hummingbirds funnel through Rockport-Fulton on their way across the Gulf of Mexico, and the four-day celebration brings 15 speaker programs, guided boat and field trips, and live bird banding demonstrations to the coastal community.
