Your Chance to Fix Elections THIS WEEK! Tarrant County Hand Count Test Needs YOU
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Want to be part of a solution that could transform Texas elections forever? Your moment is here! The ECHO Hand Count Speed Test is happening THIS WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY in Fort Worth, and they need 30 Texans ready to roll up their sleeves and prove that citizen-powered election counting isn’t just possible – it’s practical!

This isn’t another meeting or training session – it’s hands-on action that could change how your vote gets counted in future elections.

Why This Matters For Every Texas Voter

Tired of hearing about election machines you can’t see inside? Frustrated by results that take days to finalize? The ECHO Hand Count Speed Test tackles these problems head-on by proving that regular citizens can count ballots efficiently, transparently, and accurately.

“Our hand count speed test is a simple way to determine whether we can actually hand count all ballots in counties the size of Tarrant, Dallas, Harris, etc., including Early and Absentee ballots, and have our precinct returns delivered to the county by 1am,” explains the TBTR team organizing the event.

This isn’t just talk – it’s a real-world test with real ballots that could revolutionize election night in Texas.

How YOU Can Make History This Week

What: ECHO Hand Count Speed Test – 10 teams of 3 counters needed When: Wednesday 11/19 and Thursday 11/20, 5pm-8pm both evenings Where: Tarrant GOP HQ, 201 N. Rupert St. Suite 117, Fort Worth, TX 76017 What’s Provided: All ballots, tally sheets, and instructions

The test has an ambitious but achievable goal: count all 34 races on 50 ballots, accurately, in under one hour. The faster volunteers can count, the fewer counting teams would be needed across Texas for full-scale implementation.

“The faster we can count batches of 50 ballots, the fewer counting teams we will need,” organizers explain. With enough Texans stepping up to help, we could transform election night from a mysterious black box to a transparent process everyone can see and trust.

No Experience Needed – Just Your Texas Spirit

Never counted ballots before? Don’t worry! Complete training and materials will be provided. This is about proving that everyday citizens – not just election officials – can handle this critical task with accuracy and efficiency.

The ECHO method, developed right here in Texas, provides a straightforward system that anyone can learn quickly. You’ll be part of a three-person team, working together to ensure accuracy while building speed.

Why This Could Change Everything

Imagine election night where results are delivered by 1 AM, counted by your neighbors and fellow citizens, with complete transparency from start to finish. That’s the vision being tested this week.

If successful, this approach could be implemented across Texas, returning election counting to the community level where it belongs, while still delivering results promptly on election night.
