Today, we had the opportunity to speak with Caroline Kane, a Republican candidate running for election to the U.S. House of Representatives to represent Texas’ 7th Congressional District. She is set to appear on the ballot in the general election on November 5, 2024, after advancing from the Republican primary runoff on May 28, 2024.
Caroline Kane was born in Newport Beach, California, and currently resides in Houston, Texas. A graduate of Westbury High School, she earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Houston. For over 25 years, Caroline has been a successful businesswoman in the Houston area, currently serving as the CEO of Prosperity Management Services. In this role, she leads a dedicated team of professionals in the full-service property management industry, consistently delivering quality results for both employees and customers.
As a political outsider, Caroline brings a fresh and independent perspective to her campaign. Without ties to the political establishment, she aims to represent the voice of the people, motivated by a sincere desire to bring about positive change for her community. Her extensive experience as an entrepreneur underscores her commitment to job creation and economic growth.

Caroline’s Priorities
Secure Borders and Immigration
Caroline Kane is resolute in her stance on border security. She advocates for the deportation of all illegal immigrants, tightening visa regulations, outlawing government assistance for unauthorized individuals, and prohibiting non-U.S. citizens from owning U.S. soil. Her unwavering commitment to border security safeguards our livelihoods from human trafficking, drug cartels, and violent crime, while upholding the sovereignty of our nation. Caroline believes that no stone should be left unturned to end human trafficking in the United States.
Small Government
Effective governance is marked by minimal interference. During the pandemic, excessive government intervention led to the closure of tens of thousands of small businesses, crippling our economy. As a small business owner, Caroline is committed to standing against politicians and bureaucrats who burden small enterprises with unnecessary regulations.
Energy Independence
CD7 is home to the energy capital of the world. Caroline aims to repeal the Green New Deal, a misguided policy that threatens to undermine our energy sector and jeopardize countless jobs. By rolling back these burdensome regulations, she seeks to restore lost jobs and foster a thriving economy built on the strength of our energy resources.
Strong Economy
Caroline pledges to end federal subsidies for Net Zero, ESG, and DEI initiatives, and restore constitutional principles in fiscal matters. She supports income tax simplification and the implementation of import taxes to offset taxpayer burden.
Inflation and overregulation have caused the costs of necessities to skyrocket, straining the pocketbooks of Americans here in Houston and across the nation. Everything from groceries to gasoline and housing is far more expensive now than just a few years ago. Caroline will work to restore the American Dream by standing up to out-of-control spending to reduce inflation, lowering the cost-of-living, and creating new economic opportunities.
Repeal Obamacare
Every American deserves quality, affordable healthcare. But, instead, Obamacare caused outrageous health insurance premiums and eliminated competition in the marketplace. Caroline believes we should continue to reform the Affordable Care Act to provide you with patient-friendly options featuring greater flexibility and lower premiums by restoring competition in the marketplace.
Caroline believes in protecting pre-existing conditions.
Bright Futures
Nothing determines a child’s future more than education. Despite its profound importance, American students continue to decline in key subjects, such as math and reading. It’s no coincidence this comes as schools have begun to shut out parents and teach controversial and inappropriate materials.
Caroline believes we should teach children how to learn, not what to think. She will fight for parents’ rights in education and work to get our schools back on track.
