Freedom Over Texas is the official City of Houston Fourth of July festival at Eleanor Tinsley Park on Buffalo Bayou in downtown Houston. The celebration features live music, refreshments, and a fireworks display starting around 9:30 p.m. Tickets to the festival are $10. The fireworks show can also be viewed for free from Buffalo Bayou, Allen Parkway, and Memorial Drive.
